3. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

- Notify the user who posted the content about the removal
- Take appropriate action against repeat infringers, including account termination
4. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court

False Claims:
