Horrorfield is a 4v1 asymmetric multiplayer horror game inspired by Dead by Daylight. You either play as one of four survivors trying to escape, or as the psycho killer hunting them down. The survivor side has seven characters to choose from, each with unique abilities: the Basketball Player runs faster, the Doctor heals teammates, the Engineer fixes generators and crafts items quicker, the Thief specializes in stealth, the Mercenary is combat-focused, the Scientist upgrades equipment and buffs allies, and the Police Officer can capture the killer. Your goal as survivors is to repair generators scattered across the map to power up the exit gate while avoiding the killer, rescuing downed teammates, and using the environment’s hiding spots.

On the killer side, you pick from four psychos. The Butcher sabotages generators to slow escape attempts. The Cultist is a mental patient-turned-monster hunting for sacrifices. The Ghost phases through walls like a poltergeist. The Beast transforms into a werewolf for enhanced hunting. The killer is powerful but outnumbered, tracking survivors through screams and bloody footprints. There’s a crafting system for creating and upgrading items at workshops, character leveling with personal skills, and detailed maps full of traps and hiding places. The game fills matches mostly with bots rather than real players, and the AI knows your exact location which can frustrate new players. Character upgrades use timers that can exceed a day unless you watch ads or spend scarce gold coins. The microtransactions are cheap though, around $5 removes ads and gives substantial progression boosts.
